At least 60 High Schools in Florida have received waivers from the Florida Department of Education to work against the federal requirement the schools must serve lunch between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. They have asked to brake this rule so they could serve their midday meal from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. The cafeteria...
