Culinary Essentials Makes Peppermint Bark

In the spirit of the holiday season, students in Megan Marquardt’s Culinary Essentials class made peppermint bark for their final lab of the semester. The recipe contained four simple ingredients: dark chocolate, white chocolate, coconut oil and peppermint extract. Each group then dusted their bark with crushed candy canes before serving it.
